Love smoothies but having trouble making it nutrient dense and also delicious? Watch this nutrition class where Jax will show you the formula for the perfect smoothie and then you'll make one of her famous smoothies at the end with her. Perfect to learn for a healthy breakfast!
Blueberry Burst Smoothie
Serves 1
Ingredients:
-6 oz Coconut Water
-½ frozen Banana
-½ cup frozen Blueberries
-Handful of Spinach
-½ tsp Ceylon Cinnamon
-½ tsp vanilla extract
-1 tbsp Barney Butter Almond Butter
-Handful of Ice
-2 tbsp Granola
Optional: 1 scoop collagen powder or vanilla plant based protein powder
Directions
1. Place all ingredients except granola in the blender and mix for about 30 to 60 seconds until smoothie is one consistent color.
2. Pour into glass and top with granola. Enjoy!
*Note: You can always throw the granola into the smoothie for the last 15 seconds so it’s blended and less chunky! Either way it’s delicious :)
