Rachel is a health and fitness enthusiast who discovered her love for an active lifestyle in high school, where she played three competitive sports. In college, running became Rachel's sanctuary during her demanding college course load. During her senior year of school, Rachel accomplished a personal goal and completed her first marathon!
After graduating, Rachel moved to NYC, embracing the city's dynamic workout scene and balancing intense HIIT sessions with runs through Central Park. She went on to run the NYC marathon in 2019 and 2023 - her favorite race in the world - and she is looking forward to training for her third NYC marathon this fall!
Inspired by the NYC athletic scene and mentors like Jax, Rachel became a certified personal trainer, aiming to motivate and help others achieve their fitness goals.
Whether it's the fast-paced intensity of HIIT workouts or the enduring rhythm of a run, Rachel's goal is to inspire others to make time for themselves and experience the satisfaction of a well-rounded, efficient workout.
